A Few Observations

If you're anything like me, you really don't like generating and distributing report cards. It's a common sentiment among many Tennis Pros.

I remember wondering if all the work was worth it and if the parents actually received or even appreciated the report cards we were sending home. But the fact is, most successful clubs do have a way of using work report cards and assessing players.

Many other sports already do this but tennis is is often left behind. I've been as guilty as anyone.

I think one of the reasons it's difficult to get clubs to do assess players is because of all the work it takes and because they don't have a very efficient system. In the old days I used to fill out report cards by writing out a lot of text on a paper and that took tons of time.

My goal with this course is to help you dramatically streamline the process so you can use our systems and be able to customize our report cards and competencies to fit your own program.

There's a lot of information in this course so let's get started and thanks for checking this out... Jorge

Competencies

Competencies

It's very important to have competencies for each of the classes at your club. Competencies are simply skills that you want to have your players be able to accomplish.

Competencies serve as the roadmap and give the coach direction and what should be covered in each class level.

ONLINE Report Cards! (best option)

Paper vs Online

If you want to take the Report Cards and assessing your players to the next level, I recommend you consider doing it online.

Now that you have access to all the Excel sheets of our report cards, you are welcome to use as paper copies and fill them out. But remember that it slows the process down in it makes it difficult to get into the hands of the parents.

In this section, I'm going to teach you how to use our report cards by uploading them online using Google Drive and then sharing it with your parents.

This will eliminate the hassle of having to rely on the kids to bring home to report card switch off and never make it to the parents. Watch the video below to learn more.

Below the video is a link where you can access ONE folder that has ALL the Report Cards in one spot.
