Cardio Sparring with 24 Players Tennis Drill
For up to 24 players on just one court.
In this tennis drill, we set up six mini-courts and use foam or low-pressure balls.
We have found that this is a better option than being on a regular tennis court with this many people because there will be too much standing around.
Players 1 & 3 rally with each other on their own half of the court.
Every time the ball goes out of play they both have to run back and touch the back curtain (divider net) and hustle back to the baseline and start another rally.
This tennis drill works great for any practices that have large numbers of players and not enough courts.
This would be perfect for a team tryout that has to happen in a Gym or other unusual space.
