Week 1 (goals & agenda)

Week 1 - The main goal of week 1 is to help players Rally, Serve, and Play a Point.

Time breakdown:

  • 25-30 minutes of warm-up/practice

  • 30 minutes of match play

Introductions: Players and parents go to their assigned court to meet the opposing team and get a brief introduction.
