Week 3 (goals & agenda)

Week 3 - The main goal of week 3 is to work on Overhand Serves and Court Positioning/Recovery

Time breakdown:

  • 10-15 minutes of warm-up/practice and

  • 45-50 minutes of match play


Introductions: Players and parents go to their assigned court to meet the opposing team and get a brief introduction.
