Week 2 (goals & agenda)

Week 2 - The main goal of week 2 is to introduce players to Volleys and Court Positioning

Time breakdown:

  • 15-20 minutes of warm-up/practice

  • 40-45 minutes of match play


Introductions: Players and parents go to their assigned court to meet the opposing team and get a brief introduction.
