Facility Organization

  1. Purpose

The purpose of this Scope of Work is to outline the expectations for independent contractors regarding facility organization, cleanliness, and professional presentation at Agape Tennis Academy locations. Contractors retain autonomy in how they perform their services but agree to support these standards to maintain a consistent guest experience.

  1. Scope of Services

This SOW applies to independent contractors who provide instruction, program support, or event services at Agape facilities and may contribute to the organization and upkeep of shared spaces as outlined below.

  1. Contractor Responsibilities

3.1 Lost and Found Management

Contractors agree to support the following expectations related to lost and found areas:

  • Maintain awareness of the designated lost and found location and ensure items are placed there as needed.
  • Keep the space discreet and orderly to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Understand that items unclaimed after one month will be donated to Goodwill or discarded by Agape staff.

3.2 Facility Organization Standards

Desk & Front-Facing Areas

Contractors agree to:

  • Keep all areas they use clean and organized, especially customer-facing spaces such as the check-in desk.
  • Place any items not in immediate use in the appropriate storage areas.
  • Avoid leaving storage or bulk items visible to customers (e.g., cases of balls, extra equipment).

Private Lessons Monthly Chart

Contractors agree to:

  • Review the Private Lessons Monthly Chart for their location(s) (SL, DTC, BG, CP, FV) as needed.
  • Submit accurate information to the Director or Head Pro so charts can be updated and reported each month.

Stocking & Supplies

Contractors agree to:

  • Maintain basic organization of supplies they use during programs or lessons.
  • Notify the onsite Office Manager or leadership when essential items need restocking.

Banners & Signage

Contractors agree to:

  • Help maintain a neat and professional appearance by ensuring banners or signs in their immediate work area are properly hung and in good condition.
  • Support installation of new purple banners at Georgia locations as needed prior to April 10th.

Flyers

Contractors agree to:

  • Remove or report outdated flyers they encounter.
  • Display only current and approved promotional materials.

Trash Management

Contractors agree to:

  • Pick up visible trash in their work area (indoors or outdoors) to help maintain cleanliness.
  • Promote a clean environment by being proactive about tidiness around courts and common areas.
  1. Agape Tennis Academy Responsibilities

Agape agrees to:

  • Maintain primary responsibility for facility cleanliness, organization, and supply management.
  • Manage lost and found inventory and handle donation/disposal of unclaimed items.
  • Provide contractors with organized workspaces, stocked supplies, and clear expectations.
  • Ensure banners, signage, and housekeeping tasks are supported by designated staff.
  1. Review & Adjustments

This SOW may be revised periodically to reflect updates to facility standards or operational needs. Contractors will be notified of any changes affecting expectations regarding facility organization.
