Their coach, Steve Lubbers, gives certain players $175 credit to use. Steve is the one who supplies us with the names, and they are kept on a list at the front desk. Trish usually monitors that list. If someone from Hamilton calls saying they have credit and they are not on the list, they need to have Steve call us to add their name to the list.
If they want to use the credit, they have to do so before they sign up. Often, these people will sign up and then call us after the fact, asking to undo it and use the credit. When this happens, we do not allow it. They'll have to use the credit the next time they sign up for something.
We prefer to have Trish or Jorge process the payment.
But the front desk worker can enter them in the class, but then make sure you email Trish to inform her to charge for the class.
It can be used for private lessons or clinics, not memberships.
Their credit expires on August 31 of each year, but Hamilton keeps the credit on their gift card
To process the payment…
go to the POS and pull up the charge
click gift card and use the Hamilton gift card number 5130
make sure you adjust the amount to $175 only
process part of the payment for the $175
then collect whatever remaining balance using their card on file.
