How to switch names when a parent inadvertently signed up and set up a child
1. Go to the parent's account and click Registrations
2. Edit Enrollment for the class in question
3. Click Withdraw and say yes to giving account credit
4. Then go and sign-up the child in that same class
5. for payment: Go to the child's Statement and click the Transaction ID
6. Then in upper right click Apply Credit
