16. Fall memberships and renewal
For the fall of every year regarding membership
The report I use to see the expiration dates is the Contract Report under Member Reports.
Our memberships are set to renew automatically 30 days before they expire (but they don't automatically get charged)
If anyone has house credit, the system will automatically use that to pay for their membership (Aug ?)
If they expire on August 31st will automatically Renew on July 31
We do not allow EFT and people cannot make house charges
This means that on Aug 1-2, they should see something on their statements
Then I can tell people or possibly email them that they can renew, but I'll probably have to see what that looks like
