When you send tickets to them, please include the following information:
The link of the page you are referring to
The location on the page you are referring to
A description of what needs to change
If we are editing any text, please include the new text that should replace the previous text
If we are adding a photo/link, please include the new photo/link that should replace the previous photo/link
Screenshots, videos, etc are more than welcome – any information you can send our way is helpful as support can only go off of what’s sent in the support tickets!
